I am new to this vinyl graphic design. I have a customer looking to get a blue backgroung and white forground for text. When I create it in Adobe Illustrator, it cuts inner and outer, which would cause a lot of work. I have ordered double layered text like this, I just need to know how to do it. I would like to have the back vinyl just .25" larger so I can place a second layer on top and have a border outline, but have the background the full shape. Like placing regular text into a bold text. I tried that and had no luck. How do I create this in illustrator and keep it cuttable? Thank you in advance.:D
