The Colonel

Hi greetings from the North Coast of the US.
Letterheads call me the Colonel,
I think Dave Corell or Mike Meyer gave me that tag about 15 years ago, my how time flies. I run Silver Creek Signworks in northern Minnesota on the shores of Lake Superior. Our shop is located behind the house
on 40 acres in the woods. We're outside the town of Two Harbors, pop about 3000 souls. Alot of tourism, iron mining and logging around here.
Iron ore is shipped out of a harbor in town. I've been in business for 16 years here and been doing signs for 29 years now. 3M tested that vinyl stuff when they came up with it at the shop I was an apprentice at. Alot has changed
since then. We do carved, painted, and vinyl signs, cutting a ton of vinyl for Stanley Tools. When I figure this all out I'll post some photos.
Glad to join the group.
