Now I have the business working it's **** off so to speak, I want to make the time to do more of the stuff I enjoy in the industry. Maybe make a few more trad signs and have more time to get my own image right.
I want to get someone in to help - part time at first so as not to dive in to a full time wage to pay.
My thoughts are to get someone older, maybe even retired to come and help out with the odd bit of sales, admin, holding stuff etc. Then I got to thinking that it's the end of the school year soon and it may be worth getting someone younger who can be trained up.
Any thoughts on which way to go? What would you do?
