Panels, ornaments and decorations

Does anyone know where I can obtain some panels, ornaments and decorations? I am trying to come up with ideas off the top of my head but it's far too taxing for my peanut!

You might want to check out Mike Jackson's collections at www.goldenstudios.com. I've found them to be quite useful.
