To all that view this forum, guests especially, this is hand lettering at its finest! no stencils, no stickers, just perfection with a brush a pot of paint & real gold. Fantastic work Wayne.

Great job Wayne!!! This is what this Website is all about. Thank you Pete Ball.
I pray for the queen too. What? I do!
Thanks for the nice comments guys.
- Took about 16 hours (including waiting round for the size to tack up-drinkin tea and nursing my sore fingers-(small letters owch!)
It seemed to take longer to lay out than to signwrite- I wanted to get a nice looking "block" of copy rather than an-in and out-margin mess.
Little tip here for ya-
When I layout something like this- I start from the bottom up- and fit the header into the space thats left-rather than the other way about -rather than having to sqweeze the text up to fit...Works for me.

Somehow, gazing at a work such as this relaxes me. It is most certainly craftsmanship at its finest. It does my soul good to know folks are still practicing the art. I once aspired to achieve a level of skill as to near this as I could reach -- I am re-inspired. Thank you.
A blanket Thank You All, for the many other excellent works displayed at this site.
