Here's a job for a Biker Pub make over, had to design new fascia, etch window graphics (vinyl) customers budget wouldn’t stretch to leaf & chip! & single colour T-Shirt design, fascia sign proposed to be exterior ply x3 cut out’s with Signwritten & airbrush fade & bevel on lettering, pint pot in gold stage paint & biker chrome sheet & black.

I often do nice layout from ruff thumb nail & 9 out of 10!? get the job, my brief was as you can imagine a pint glass with a guitar and a motorbike sticking from the top, & hoped this would work better for them (had to use MAIN font-no choice), had lots of meetings as just up the road from me, hence didnt get a deposit, usual trust thing.. left my design, did the fascia sign, went to install & hey presto they ripped it to bits (verbally) & the next time I drove past they had got a regular sign company to do the whole job, resembling my style of work, but not the same! Reflecting in not a good job. NICE!

So sometimes even us sign painting folk get things wrong, you never know who to trust. But got a nice Pub Sign in my shop now! (£2000)
Any One Fancy a pint!

Pete, did you get money up front for the design? If ya didn't it's yur own fault big guy. SO many people shoot themsleves in the foot in this business. and you know, we have to always remember that it IS A BUSINESS!!!....Getting the deposit secures your design time. It's just what has to be done. This way, when you are paid, and they take the design to someone else, they have paid you for your time. I've been the victim many times before Pete, turn it around NOW, and get it in your daily routine. You can do it!
